He has been part of core team to deliver additional operating cash of USD 4 billion in 2014. During his consulting role, he has advised clients on big strategic projects like gas monetization to firming up floating LNG. He has developed build operate and transfer consortium model and has implemented this model in multiple projects. He has excellent commercial and operational knowledge of oil and gas operation. Recently he has been working with companies in UK to firm up decarbonisation strategy for UK oil and gas operating companies. This included building offshore floating wind farm, supply electricity to O&G infrastructure, brining the excess to onshore and converting the energy into Hydrogen, Ammonia and Methanol.

Turlough has 40 years of E&P oil and gas upstream and midstream experience, including natural gas storage operations. He has advised national oil companies, major and independent companies and investors over a wide range of technical, commercial and strategic activities, including new ventures & exploration, techno-economic asset evaluations and field production & development. Turlough has 18 years of working experience with Chevron/Texaco and his early project was the Highlander field development as a reservoir engineer and he was the production engineer during the commissioning of this subsea development which was one of the first generations of advanced remote-controlled subsea production facilities in the North Sea. Turlough has led various teams working on assets including the Maersk-operated Dan Field, Denmark, planning production and introducing innovative technology such as high-rate water injection to induce large hydraulic fractures and increase oil recovery in the low permeability chalk reservoir.
He was Managing Director at Duke Energy’s and provided petroleum engineering services for clients on global assets across North Africa, Middle East, Asia, and Americas. He joined Fugro Robertson as General Manager to lead, develop and operate a new business branch office for the global organisation. CGG acquired Fugro Robertson. Turlough was a senior management team member of CGG Consulting, a leading geoscience service and consulting company; the Petroleum Reservoir & Economics division director managing the CGG subsurface engineering services and led the advisory subsurface engineering team for the Petronas Europe Gas stores operations. Before joining Tangram, Turlough’s last appointment was Vice President, Sub-Saharan Africa and Technical Director, Subsurface & Drilling. io consulting is a joint venture created by Baker Hughes and McDermott. Turlough is a co-founder of Apeiron Management a technical, commercial, financial, and corporate advisory operating in the oil & gas, renewables, and Energy Transition sectors. Stuart has 30 years of experience in the energy industry, primarily focussed on Asia, with a two-year stint in the North Sea. He spent a large part of his career with Geoservices in Singapore managing the Well-Logging, Production Well Testing and Directional Drilling service lines. Stuart has provided commercial and business development services to global companies and was Company Director and General Manager of SPD (now Petrofac Well Engineering) in KL providing drilling project management and well engineering services throughout the region.

Rafael has more than 38 years of extensive experience in development projects for surface installations (facilities) for new fields, revitalization of mature fields, in complex and remote areas, onshore and offshore, including project management and technical consultancy for: development strategies of oil fields, new business development, project reviews, de-bottling studies, asset optimization analysis and finding viable economic solutions for challenging business scenarios.

Dr. A. (Tony) Settari has 50+ years’ experience with a large number of engineering studies of petroleum recovery. He is a Professor Emeritus at the University of Calgary where he taught since 1975 and held the Endowed Chair in Petroleum Engineering until 2014. His areas of expertise include reservoir simulation, fracturing and geomechanics, CCS and other geomechanical problems. He worked on a large number of reservoir engineering projects, including some of the world's largest fields, and consulted for a number of major companies involving a variety of conventional and unconventional recovery processes, as well as CCS, injection-induced fracturing and seismicity, and environmental impacts of oilfield development.
Tony has a M. Eng degree from Technical U. in Brno, and PhD from U. of Calgary. He is a Distinguished Member of SPE, and received several international prizes including the SPE Anthony B. Lucas Gold Medal, the Eni Prize “Frontiers in hydrocarbons” and the SPE C. Ferguson certificate. He is a co-author of the classical textbook on Petroleum Reservoir Simulation (by Aziz and Settari) and has written two other texts and over 160 technical publications.
Rajesh Rajesh started his career as a structurer in Barclays Capital and has a total experience of over 20 years in the financial services industry. He has experience in various asset classes, including working as consultant for Deutsche Bank and UBS. Rajesh is currently focussing on debt financing, debt restructuring and asset deals for ASIL Partners with a particular focus on Oil & Gas and Real Estate.
He holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and a B.Tech in Electronics Engineering.
Richa is an experienced Geophysicist and a Rock Physics specialist with 11+ years of diverse experience in the oil and gas industry. Having worked in multiple basins (Barmer basin, India; Gulf of Mexico, Texas; North Sea, UK; Lower Congo Basin and Kwanza Basin, Angola) across the globe, she has accrued expertise in both clastic and carbonate reservoirs, doing 3D and 4D seismic interpretation. She has been involved at different stages of business cycle – exploration, appraisal, development and production.

He has worked in Geological and Geophysical interpretation and integration of field, Geological Modelling, Reserves and Resource audits, Unitization, Integrated Field Studies, Field Development Studies and Seismic to Simulation workflows. Experienced working for both clastics and carbonate reservoirs with knowledge of application and algorithm design for Geomodelling software that helps him in to effectively work through complex G&G problems.

David Heath has 38 years of experience in subsea engineering. He extensive experience in subsea design, pipeline engineering, pipeline installation, trenching, diving/ROV and pre-commissioning. He supervised several pre-commissioning operations culminating in the 167 km 27-inch Britannia gas export pipeline pre-commissioning. David also co-wrote the Shell in-house pre-commissioning guide with the Shell pre-commissioning expert and then became the technical lead in Shell Gannet’s pre-commissioning team.

Dibyatanu has over 19 years of experience as a Reservoir Engineer, both with operators and service companies. He has worked on project and asset teams, both as contributor and leader in several countries. He has been involved in field development planning, discovered resources opportunities evaluation, reservoir management, reserves reporting, and several other facets of reservoir engineering in his career.
He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from Indian School of Mines and is currently pursuing Master’s degree also in Petroleum Engineering from Heriot Watt University. In his free time, he likes to tinker with Arduino and programming languages with his son, and read, both fiction and non-fiction.
Ian has had over 40 years of experience and undertakes consultancy work for oil and gas companies. He has wide experience in areas ranging from due-diligence audit, project evaluation, field development, conceptual, front-end, and detailed design and operating supporting the oil and gas industry including carbon-capture and storage projects. Ian’s clients have included oil and gas majors such as Shell and Exxon Mobil as well as smaller operators and utility companies.
Ian is a member of the Institution of Chemical Engineers and Royal Society of Chemistry. He is a chartered engineer and chartered chemist. He holds an MA from St John’s College, Cambridge and D.Phil from the University of Sussex.

He specialises in asset development, operation and transformation project management helping companies navigate through their energy transition journey. Colin has over 30 years experience in the Oil & Gas industry, focussing on front end management of major projects. A former VP, Colin was BP’s top front end manager and was accountable for a portfolio of more than $20 billion of major projects.
Latterly, Colin was accountable for all new low carbon projects in BP and in this role was the Project Director for Net Zero Teesside.
At Teesside, Colin developed close relationships with a range of stakeholders to ensure the success of the project. He was a member of the CCUS council chaired by the UK Energy Minister. With the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy and the UK Treasury, he helped develop a range of business models for decarbonisation which were published as a white paper in 2020. His relationships with the Mayor of Teesside and Teesside businesses ensured that the project had wide local support. Prior to Astra, Ken was at Deutsche Bank for over 17 years where he was head of its Global Markets Structured Notes desk responsible for a global platform with over EUR 40bn in issuance across over 100 SPVs and 14 jurisdictions including Credit, Rates, Equities, Trade Finance, Funds, Commodities, EM, Insurance and Longevity/Mortality strategies. Ken specialised in the creation, delivery and execution of complex innovative derivative solutions including static and managed synthetic CDOs, CDO^2, leveraged super senior tranches in funded and unfunded/derivative form. Ken holds a BA in Political Science from Dickinson College, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
Luc joins Tangram Energy as CFO with a wide experience in industry, commodities, and finance. He brings to Tangram an expertise in capital structures and a network of institutional funding sources to help Tangram develop as an independent player in the energy transition market. Prior to his MBA of IMD in Lausanne, he spent several years in the non-ferrous metals industry and trading commodities across Africa, South America and Asia, before opening an office in Moscow in 1992 focusing on market disruptions following the collapse of the Soviet Union for the Union Minière / Société Générale de Belgique group. He joined the investment firm Fidelity International in London in 1995 as a fixed income analyst and portfolio manager and subsequently an insurance and banking analyst for Northern Europe. In 2000 he became COO of a large start-up hedge fund, Kicap Management, which at the time was innovative in risk-management in the highly volatile TMT sector. Since 2006, he has been active as COO and advisor to several alternative investment firms in European event-driven and commodity trading. He served on the board of Clarkson Fund Management. He was chairman of Paragon Diamonds at the discovery and development study stage of a promising kimberlite in Lesotho. He advises Astra Asset Management on new business opportunities and remains an investor and entrepreneur.
